For orders placed in any province in Türkiye (excluding areas outside city centers such as villages and towns), your mattress will be shipped via Horoz Logistics. Your roll-packed mattress will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days. You can contact our customer service for tracking information.

Return Conditions

All adult mattresses have a 365-day trial period. Our mattresses cannot be returned during the 60-day period, which allows your body to adapt to the mattress. If you wish to return within the first 60 days, Hibboux reserves the right to deduct 25% of the price you paid. After day 61, you can return your product without any deduction. There is no deduction for the first return after 60 days. Return shipping costs are covered by our company.

The shipping cost for returns is covered by our company. To process your return, you must contact customer service. To prevent damage during shipping, the product should be placed in the plastic bag provided in its packaging before being delivered to the logistics company. The bag should be taped to ensure no gaps remain. Photographs should then be taken and shared with customer service. Hibboux reserves the right to deduct any payments made for returns that do not meet these requirements.

Instructions for Use

Air out your mattress for 24 hours from the moment you first unpack it.
Use your mattress on a base, bedstead or similar product that has a flat and firm surface.
Our mattresses are single-sided. Therefore, do not turn your mattress upside down. Every three months, turn your mattress 180 degrees from top to bottom.
Store your mattress horizontally, not upright, for transport or storage.

Maintenance Instructions

Clean your mattress by wiping it with a warm, soapy, damp cloth.
Using a wet cloth will make drying difficult and may also cause the inner layers to become wet.
Do not use bleach or bleaching agents to clean your mattress.
After cleaning, use your mattress after it is completely dry.

Regarding the product, I bought a medium-firm mattress and chose Energize for the cover. Let's get the cover out of the way first. It's their own product, so it's quite nice and easy to use, but the cover isn't anything like it's advertised. They claim it provides energy, and they claim it has ceramic components, but it's a complete marketing ploy. Other than using it with the mattress, I regret paying this much for it and wouldn't recommend it. Regarding the actual product, the bed, it's very high and comfortable when opened. One of the best things about it is that the entire bed doesn't shake when one partner moves. For example, my partner frequently wakes up and gets out of bed, and I'd normally wake up due to the shaking. This bed, like independent suspension, stays perfectly still while the other side shakes. I bought it after extensive research because I have back pain, but I think I fell for the marketing tactics again. I wake up feeling the same as my old bed. Interestingly, some hotel beds wake me up feeling much more refreshed. Naturally, I was wondering why I searched and researched this bed so much. If a regular hotel bed is more comfortable, it makes me wonder if I made the wrong choice. Another issue is that it's been 6-7 months since I started using it, and we're using it with two people weighing 55-60 kg. Despite this, the middle of the bed, where we sleep, has started to indent. I hope this doesn't become a bigger problem in the future. Overall, I'd give this product an 80 out of 100.
