We want you to try the mattress in your own environment that you are used to, because believe us, it is not possible to understand this even in one day, your perception of the mattress that day and maybe the next day will not be the same. That's why we give you the opportunity to try it for 365 nights for adult mattresses and 100 nights for baby mattresses. Thus, you can determine whether the mattress is suitable for you in your own home and if you are not satisfied, you can contact customer service and create your return request.

Instead of a shopping experience where the wrong choices are made by experiencing it for 5 minutes in the store, we give you the opportunity to experience your mattress in the comfort of your own private space for 4 seasons, until you have no doubt in your mind. If you are not satisfied with your mattress after 60 days for adult mattresses and 30 days for baby mattresses, we will refund you if you are not satisfied with your mattress after this period.

In addition to daily routines, we also have annual routines with broader plans. Summer vacations, exam weeks, periods of intense business trips... These events, which directly affect your sleep patterns, are among the important elements that will enable you to evaluate your bed as part of the 365-day trial period.

First of all, one of the elements that should be considered when trying the mattress is the complementary sleep group products such as sheets and duvet covers. We aim to minimize sweating with the technologies we use in most of our mattresses. However, if there is polyester in the bed linen and bed sheet products you use, this will prevent the performance of the mattress. In adult mattresses, it will not be possible to understand whether the mattress is suitable for your body in short periods such as 1-2 weeks. Our recommendation here is to try the mattress you have purchased for a minimum of 60 days. If you are still not satisfied with your mattress, you can contact our customer service for a refund after 60 days of use. For baby mattresses, if you are not satisfied after 30 days of use, you can contact our customer service for a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your product within the trial periods, just create your request through our customer service. Return/exchange transactions will be made in accordance with your request.

If there is any damage to the products that exceed the trial periods, you will be asked for an image. The issue is clarified by contacting our after-sales officials regarding the relevant visual. The return process is initiated for all damages within the scope of warranty.

Our mattresses are not exchangeable. You can return your mattress within the specified trial periods. If you are not satisfied with your mattress within 60 days for adult mattresses and 30 days for baby mattresses, you must first contact our customer service and submit a return request to us. Based on this request, the first mattress will be returned by you. If you wish to purchase a different model or a different size mattress, we will calculate the difference between the price of your first purchase and the price of the new mattress. If the price you paid for the first mattress is more expensive, you will be refunded the difference. If the mattress selected in the second purchase is more expensive, the difference is paid to us and the order for the new mattress is created. After your old mattress arrives at our warehouse, your new mattress will be shipped to your address.

You have a trial period of 365 days for all adult mattresses and 100 days for baby mattresses. Our mattresses cannot be returned for 60 days for adult mattresses and 30 days for baby mattresses. If you want to return within these periods, Hibboux reserves the right to deduct 25% from the price you have paid. As of the end of the specified periods, you can return your product without any deduction in your fee. No deduction is made in the first return transaction after the trial periods. The shipping fee for returns belongs to our company.

When you want to return the mattress that you have purchased and requested an exchange, a 30% deduction is made from the price paid for the second mattress subject to the exchange and a 70% refund is made to you. 365 days trial period is a right granted to the first mattress you purchase, 30% deduction is made for each product subject to exchange and return after the first mattress.
