There is no change in our mattresses. If you wish, you can return your product and buy a new product for the second time.
If you wish to return the mattress you have purchased within 305 days after the 60-day break-in period, you can first contact our customer service and submit a return request to us. Based on this request, the first mattress will be returned by you. If you wish to purchase a different model or a different size mattress, we will calculate the difference between the price you paid for the first mattress and the current price of the new mattress. If the price you paid for the first mattress is more expensive, you will be refunded the difference. If the mattress you want in your second order is more expensive, the difference is paid to us and the order of the new mattress is created and the product is shipped to be delivered to you.
When you want to return the mattress that you have purchased and requested a return for the second time, a 30% deduction is made from the price paid for the second mattress subject to return and a 70% refund is made to you. 365 days trial period is a right granted to the first mattress you purchase, 30% deduction is made for each product subject to change and return after the first mattress.
When you want to return your mattress, you must first contact our customer service. Then your return request will be processed. When you receive your mattress, place your product in the spare bag that comes out of it and deliver your product to the return team. Hibboux reserves the right to deduct the fee from returns sent without a bag. Replacement return packaging is subject to an additional charge.
Our returned products are accumulated in warehouses and sent to factories for recycling at certain intervals.
